Visit to Bay Ridge Brooklyn and Karl’s Museum of Vintage Electronics

Come explore one of the oldest neighborhoods in America.

 

Sights may include Owl’s Head Park and Shore Road Park with views of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. And, finishing out the day at one of our members apartments where he has a collection of antique and vintage electronics, medical and testing equipment.

Location:  We will be meeting and having lunch at the Emphasis Diner, 6822 4th Avenue, Corner of Bay Ridge Avenue, right around the corner from the Bay Ridge Avenue R train subway stop. Also accessible by B9 and B64 bus (stops at Bay Ridge and 4th Avenue). The diner is located at the corner of Bay Ridge Avenue and 4th Avenue and we will most likely be eating in the back dining room.

 

Please make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and check the weather forecast to determine appropriate dress. It is also suggested to bring some money for lunch and souvenirs.
